Disadvantaged Community EV Charging Rebate
Apply for a rebate on the installation of qualified Level 2 and DC fast chargers (DCFC). The Disadvantaged Community rebate is available to customers who meet the standard rebate criteria, and are in need of additional financial aid in order to support fleet electrification in communities that are disproportionately impacted by commercial emissions. These communities are identified using Justice40 data, mapping areas most impacted by both economic and environmental disparities.

- Level 2 or DCFC <50 kW: $9,000/ port*
- DCFC (>=50 kW); $50,000/ port*
- up to $200,000 / property
- up to $500,000 / customer account
Cap: 100% of eligible project costs
*Ports must be capable of simultaneously power delivery to qualify as separate ports.
EV Chargers must be used primarily for fueling commercially owned and operated EVs.
- This includes vehicles owned and operated by public or private entities that provide goods or services to the public, such as fleet vehicles used for delivery, transit, and other on-road commercial operations.
- This excludes chargers primarily utilized to fuel “Personal-Use” EVs commonly placed at business locations for customer or employee charging of commuter vehicles.
